The following information is required during the loan process:

• Your Completed Loan Application (Online or Printed Application located under Printable Forms)
• Your signed Borrower's Certification & Authorization Form (available under Printable Forms)
• Social Security number(s) for all borrowers
• Legible copies of photo IDs for all borrowers (Driver's license or passport)
• Current Pay stubs or if self employed, past two years of Tax returns
• Social security award letter or pension or disability award letters (if applicable)
• Bank statements, investment or retirement account statements for past two months
• A check or credit card authorization for payment of the appraisal fee and/or rate lock fee 
• Make/Model of vehicles you own along with their estimated value
• Credit Card, auto loan and personal loan account information

• An executed rate lock form with 1% rate lock fee if your intention is to lock your            rate.  Note rate locks are not valid until the form and fee are received by your loan officer and your locked rate is acknowledged and verbally confirmed by your loan officer.

If you currently own Real Estate: 

• Mortgage Account information
• Home Equity Account information (if applicable)
• Home Insurance Policy information
